Terms of agreement for web hosting


This contract is between Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com and the Customer for the purposes of Web Hosting.

  • Financial Arrangement:
    1. The Customer agrees to a one (1) year contract, beginning upon commencement of service.
    2. First one (1) year payment plus a no-refundable setup charge, in any, shall be due upon receipt of contract.
    3. This agreement will automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods for the life of the contract until cancelled in writing.
    4. Initial payment is due with the contract, regardless of the status of domain name application or any other forces beyond the control of Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com
  • Trademarks & Copyrights:
    1. The customer warrants that it has the right to use the applicable trademarks, images, and any other information posted on the website if any.
  • Internet Etiquette:
    1. The Customer may not use Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com servers for the purpose of Mass Electronic Junkmail. The Customer may not use Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com servers for excessive computation time inappropriate for Internet Web servers. The Customer may not install in her/his account any program which presents a security problem on that server.
    2. The Customer may not any software, applications, or other processes on Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com servers without the express written permission of Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com
  • Termination:
    1. This agreement may be terminated by either party, without cause, by giving the other party 30 days written notice. Notice must be made by mail or electronic mail. Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com will not accept termination over the telephone. Notwithstanding the above, Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.commay terminate service under this Agreement at any time, without penalty, if the Customer fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including non-payment. Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com reserves the right to charge a reinstatement fee.
  • Limited Liability:
    1. Micromed Strategy, Inc. T/A WebForMDs.com shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss and or injury to body parts, wrongful death, or personal injury resulting from interruption of website service or the inability to use our website.

  • Lawful Purpose:

    1. The Customer may only use Micromed Strategy, Inc's. T/A WebForMDs.com Server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, pornographic, profane, or material protected by trade secrets. This also includes links or any connection to such materials.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT :

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY MAKING PAYMENTS ANNUALLY, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS IN THIS CONTRACT.
